Position Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving personal sales target.
  • Responsible for achieving sales KPIs (including but not limited to dial rates, pitch time, close rates).
  • Responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue from new and existing conference clients.
  • Effectively communicates the value of conferences to senior executives and other executives who are potential attendees.
  • Works closely with production, marketing and sponsorship functions to deliver successful events.
  • Executes the call plan and sales approach as determined by management.

Conference Producer
Description
As a Conference Producer the role involves planning, writing, identifying key notes & key speakers relevant in the market and get them on-board, and briefing the marketing team on the conferences to be held at various part of the world.

Position Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop end to end Conference concepts.
  • Multi tasking on projects simultaneously and working closely with other department heads to ensure product synergy across sponsorship, marketing, coordination and delegate acquisition teams.
  • Primary and Secondary Research through feedback from Industry experts
  • Designing Agenda – Content designing to meet the stated needs of the market
  • Acquiring Speakers and Patronage/Support from government bodies
  • Onsite Execution - Attending and overseeing conferences, including providing opening introduction, speaker assistance and support.
