- The HR Innovation Awards 2025 is organized by Exito Media Concepts Pvt. Ltd.
- Entries received after the closing date of March 14, 2025, will not be eligible for consideration. Winners will be announced during the summit in Riyadh on April 24, 2025.
- You may submit a nomination for your own organization or for another company’s achievement. If nominating someone else, please ensure they are informed and agree to these terms and conditions.
- We cannot present an award to any organization or individual that cannot be contacted after the entry has been submitted. Please verify your contact details carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the information provided.
- The criteria for shortlisting will be established in advance and are final. A shortlist of finalists will be selected in each category from entries submitted by the closing date, and appeals regarding the shortlist will not be accepted.
- Shortlisted finalists will be notified via email or phone and invited to the summit, where winners will be officially announced. Finalists must acknowledge this notification within two weeks of receipt. Failure to acknowledge may result in removal from the shortlist.
- Winners are selected prior to the summit, so if an award-winning finalist cannot attend, this will not affect their award status.
- Entries will be disqualified if they contain false, incomplete, or incorrect information or if not submitted through the official online entry form.
- The judges reserve the right to reallocate an entry to a different category if deemed appropriate.
